Welcome To Best Bitch Self

Hey y'all, welcome to my newest creative outlet, Best Bitch Self, the blog. This blog is dedicated to discovering the best version of myself in my personal life over the next year. You see, I have the best fucking business in the world. In fact, that is probably how you discovered me was through my brand Fierce as F*ck or through my Human Design branch Basic Bitch by Design on Tik Tok. Regardless of where you've come from, you are here and I couldn't be more excited. 

But let's get back to it, my business is everything I've ever wanted, my business is me in my most authentic form. I set energetic boundaries like a pro, I show up authentically every single day, I am raw, honest, transparent as fuuuuuck. But in my personal life, I am living anything but my best life. 

Don't get me wrong, I am beyond blessed, but my heart and soul goes fully in my business and personally I don't really shine the way I want to.

On a call with my therapist a few weeks ago,

I said "My business gets the best version of me. It is the best of me." 

Which she replied as she saw the tears starting forming in my eyes "How did that feel to say out loud?" 

Well, Doc, it didn't feel great. In fact, it was like a punch right to the dick that I was not prepared for and ever since that conversation I have been wondering why my business gets the best of me. Why am I struggling to be the person I am in my business, in my real life? 

And so, I decided to explore that, through this blog. This blog will be the creative outlet I need to truly become the best version of myself in my personal life. I will be posting blog posts, vlog posts, however the words need to come out of me. My hope is, having this forum to express myself will not only help me discover the best version of myself, but will help others in their journey to discovery as well. 

 This is messy inspired action, folks, in true Amanda King fashion. Therefore, expect typos, misspellings, and lots of messiness during this process. The vlog will most likely be unedited with me tripping over my words and the upper lip sweat will be real as always. But, this is going to be so much fun.
